An online class to overcome the regret threat in the Kids or Childfree decision - and in life.

Exploring the Fear of Regret

One day, you're pretty sure you want kids. The next, you're leaning childfree. Neither decision sticks because both paths include aspects you're not sure you're OK with.

There's no shortage of things you worry you might regret...

◇ "What if I regret not having kids... or worse, what if I have them and regret that?"

◇ "I'm worried I'll change my mind when it's too late."

◇ "How can I make a decision I'll be happy with today, tomorrow, and every day after that?"

◇ "Maybe other people know something that I don't."

◇ "I might be able to identify what I want today, but I'm paralyzed by the permanence of this decision."

If you're ready to move past the "regret threat" so you can get clear on what you actually want in life, rather than letting fear guide your way, Exploring the Fear of Regret is for you.

""I have realized that I will probably have regrets either way, and that's OK. I have realized I can have a fulfilled and good life either way."

"I'm afraid I'll wake up one day and realize I've made a huge mistake."

Is the possibility of future regret one of the big factors keeping you stuck in your Kids or Childfree choice?

No, it’s not just you.

If had a dollar for every fence-sitter who told me they were worried they’d end up regretting their choice...

There are many valid reasons that regret looms large when it comes to deciding if you want to have kids or not. But that doesn't mean we need to stay stuck, cowering in regret's shadow.

A fear of regret is probably the biggest thing I see keeping people stuck and going in circles with their Kids or Childfree decision. I know regret can feel daunting, so let’s tackle it together.

In Exploring the Fear of Regret, we'll define regret, explore your personal relationship with regret, and consider what tools we can use to face life's uncertainties.

"Keltie's coaching style is kind, non-judgmental, and incredibly well-informed."

Have a question about On Demand? I've got answers.

Q: What class should I start with?

A: I’d suggest starting with Find Calm in the Storm (if you, like so many of us, are totally spinning out about your choice!) or Discover Your Desires (to help you connect with what you want first and foremost).

That said, the On Demand classes can be done in any order, so pick the topic that speaks most to you. The most important part is to start!

Q: Is On Demand a good option if I want to hear from fellow fence-sitters?

A: You can certainly still get a lot out of the On Demand classes, but they are structured to be individual work.

If you’re interested in hearing from other fence-sitters, check out the Kids or Childfree Podcast, and if you’re interested in exchange with others in the same boat as you, try taking our Kids or Childfree Workshop or Kids or Childfree Group Program.

Q: Should I do this class alone, or with my partner?

A: I'd recommend moving through the material independently so that you can really take the time to get to know your answers. A Difference of Opinion, however, can be done with your partner.

Q: Is the On Demand class material the same as what's taught in the Kids or Childfree Workshop or Kids or Childfree Group Program?

A: No, On Demand classes were created so that you could theoretically purchase all of my Kids or Childfree coaching offerings and not hear the same things on repeat.

That said, there are certain ideas and questions that you may have heard me share before, because well, they're important and the approach works!
