For fence-sitters who are blocked from making their Kids or Childfree decision due to mental health concerns.

I see you, sensitive soul.

Some days, just keeping your head above water, without kids, feels like enough of an undertaking. The thought that you could manage with less sleep, less time for yourself, and the enormous responsibility of having a child — you’re frankly not sure.

You’re asking questions like...

◇ Will I be able to get the support I need?

◇ What if I choose parenthood and my mental health takes a nosedive?

◇ What if my child struggles with their mental health like I do?

◇ Is it okay to opt-out of parenthood because I think my mental health will suffer?

Whether you have a formal mental health diagnosis like depression or an anxiety disorder, or you simply worry if you have the bandwidth to be a parent — our June Kids or Childfree Support Session will help you explore the topic of mental health and this decision in a supportive and judgement-free environment.

Mental health is a vulnerable, deeply personal, and potentially scary topic to examine. Be Mindful of Your Mental Health offers a unique opportunity to look at it head-on in a supportive environment.

I’m a coach, not a therapist, and I’m also not a mom — so I’ve asked therapist and past podcast guest Dr. Natasha Ghosh (mom to two daughters) to join us to share her professional expertise.

During this two-hour session, Natasha and I will share insights, guide you through exercises, and field your questions on the topic.

**Note that this session is not a substitute for therapy, nor can Natasha or I offer specific recommendations about your personal mental health. Rather, it’s an opportunity to take mental health into consideration as you navigate the Kids or Childfree choice, and to figure out how you can ensure you are well-supported no matter what you choose.
